We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign).
Occupied Staging and Design
In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!
- We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
- Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
- The detailed report also includes my essential “Open House Checklist” and “Closet Organization Checklist”
(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go
Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work? No problem!
- We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
- I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
- We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

WARNING – Not all vacant staging is equal!
Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces! Make sure to check the stager’s portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
